My passion and expertise lies in journalism and more new and social media. New media has changed the way journalism is looked at and done and with the advent of citizen journalism, reporters may soon become an extinct breed. Adapting to new media and online journalism is the way forward. Also news is readily available to people on their fingertips.
My training in this area puts me at an advantage. I am capable of building a social network, and establishing an online presence quicker and faster. I work good on my own or in a news room and have the experience of being able to cover any story, at any time.
I stay on top of things by reading about 400 articles/blog posts a day, participating in the social media–sphere, as well as regularly churning out articles.
