Daniel Sitole is a Kenyan Freelance Journalist accredited by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Media Council of Kenya. He writes innovation and development features for the Daily Nation.
Besides journalism studies, Daniel holds a first degree in economics and accounts, postgraduate diploma in finance and projects management. He is currently studying for MBA in a Kenyan public university.
He is also a consultant, in community development, finance and management, to NGOs, churches, small and medium enterprises.
Between 1996 and 2000, he was a consultant for Barclays Bank Small Business Credit and Training Project, sponsored by then ODA (DFID). He was voted trainer of the year 1996.
Some of his main interest in writing includes development, education, environment, poverty and current affairs.
