Agro-economist (Ingénieur Agronome INA Paris ) with 14 years post graduation experience in private sector development, agricultural inputs markets, and agricultural market information services and systems. I am a French national with 20 years experience within West Africa, and am fluent in French and English. A varied range of activities has included the management of a private company specialized in the distribution of agricultural inputs and equipment, input dealer training, marketing of phytosanitory products, phytosanitory legislation. Holding a strong competence in the conceptualisation and design of agricultural market information systems, I headed the MIS Unit of the USAID-funded IFDC/MISTOWA project from 2004 to 2008.
