    The Malawi government has said that Zambia's President Michael Sata is free to visit Malawi. This follows the civil society's call in their petition during the July 20 country wide demonstrations that Mutharika should reduce his cabinet subsequent to introduction of the zero deficit budget. - This comes barely a day after non-governmental organisations (NGOs) in the country wrote to Mutharika asking him to appoint a new cabinet to replace the one which he dissolved on August 19, 2011.
