    - Harare-People living with HIV/AIDS in Epworth surbub have welcome the improvement in the delivery of health care after a non-governmental organization constructed a clinic in the Overspill area. The clinic was built by Medicines Sans Frontieres with aim of providing open health care to HIV positive patients who live in the surbub.The prevalence rate of the pandemic disease in the surbub is relatively high as the majority of the residents are low income earners who are exposed to squalid conditions. The clinic manager,Chenai Mathabire said that since the clinic started operating in 2011, more than 200 patients get medical attention on a daily basis.Services offered include voluntary te…
