    - Since the war between the government of Uganda and the Lords Resisitance Army came to an end, the people of Northern Uganda have enjoyed relatively enough peace. l had one on one interview with afew local people from Amuru District on the view of the government's policy of phasing out the camps and people returning back to their originall sites deep in the vilage where they settled before being displaced by the conflict. Out of 7/10, many locals still believe that life in the camp is better than going back in the village since they are supplied with free humantarian needs like food, health facilities, cooking utensils among others.
