- In one of the bizarre incidents for a close to a decade, a man has hacked to death another at Ganyure a remote village outskirts of Wajir town North Eastern Kenya. Ironically, the self-proclaimed killer confessed to have killed brought the body with his donkey cart to the local administration police center at Ganyurey accompanied by his brother whom he sought his assistance to carry the body. Visibly, in panic, the killer (name withheld for security reasons) claimed the deceased stole Kenya shilling 500 amount equivalents to 5 Euros after he welcomed him (deceased) as a visitor in his rural home in Ganyurey at sunset.
