- The International Women's Media Foundation (IWMF) has said that it has identified media houses in three African countries that it will work with in promoting the coverage of agriculture, rural development and women on the continent. The three countries are Mali; where L'Essor and Radio Kledu have been chosen, Uganda, where the institution will work with The Daily Monitor and the Uganda Broadcasting Corporation as well as Zambia, where The Post and the Zambian National Broadcasting Corporation have been chosen as partners.
