I am a self motivated and enthusiastic person with excellent communication and reporting skills, good in field reporting and news writing, web news updates, nose for news, qualitative and quantitative news analysis. I possess a unique talent for delivering highly complex technical information into terms and concepts that the society can readily grasp. Furthermore, I am multi-task oriented, enjoy a challenge, and continually stay abreast of the latest advancements in the journalism field. With a Bachelor of (Mass communication) from Kampala International University; I have worked in different disciplines of mass communication. I.e. online information manager (Web Biz Africa Ltd). I have worked on a wide variety of Magazines and news papers. Edited and written articles in the first Published chess magazine called [checkmate] contributed to various news paper articles in new vision and daily monitor news papers of Uganda.
Basing on the experience gained, I have become a community builder. Created communities and maintaining their attention has been increasingly down to the efforts of my individual journalistic skills; to the extent that I no longer rely on my employer’s brand to attract reader loyalty in a fickle and rapidly changing online world.
