- At times the best way to make a point is to tell a story. This is what Neema Kwamamlaka has done. In an allegorical tale called, the Choice, Kwamamlaka explains the link between poor leadership, aid and persistent poverty. The story talks about a richly endowed country, possibly Tanzania. The country is led by a King whose prime objective is to stay in power.
