Gbolade Adegbesan is a consultant working in the field of sustainable development, problem solving, education and communications strategy. He has acted in the role of a consultant in development projects for over 7 years with a number of development institutions like the UN, UBE, BRITISH COUNCIL, DFID, EU along with a number of sustainable development programs of Multi-national petroleum development companies operating in Nigeria. His experience had cut across the national and West Africa sub region. He is an avid multi-genre writer with publications in a number of international anthologies and a two time creative writing award winner. He is a proponent of the "Dialogue on the future of values" through His writings and has a special focus on reaching people of impressionable age to shape their worldviews and task their perspectives to fashion a new place for Africa in the global order through a reflection on our rich history and unique heritage as the last frontier in the crusade of values that will ensure a better and greater future where all peoples and races can make valuable contributions to the progress and advancement of humanity and be recognized. He believes that values will determine the world's future and that Africa stands in an advantageous position to drive the revolution of values through our contemporary experience, the reinforcement of our conservative values and the necessitated reform of our social institutions. He is an Alumnus of the University of Ibadan, Nigeria's premier University along with the British Council/IACI Public Leadership programme & the lead consultant of Motherwell Integrated Systems Limited: a Development and Innovations strategy consultancy based in Lagos, Nigeria
