    Kenya Members of Parliament have passed a bill that will limit the liberties of the media in the country.   8. Kenya: Political parties fear The Hague


    The Waki report which has received condemnation from both two major parties in Kenya - the Party of National Unity and Orange Democratic Movement - seems to have backed off for fear of the Hague court taking over. - Both parties have now agreed that there is no easy solution but to form a tribunal to handle the case.
