- KENYA'S minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs Minister Mutula Kilonzo now says that the war on corruption in the East African country risks being lost if the Ethics and Anti corruption body is not re-introduced in the draft constitution. Kilonzo regretted on Monday that the policy that would have boosted the fight against graft was omitted in the draft expected to be tabled in Parliament after its resumption on Tuesday.
