I am a female freelance reporter, aged 31 and Kenyan national. I obtained a bachelor's degree in Economics and Geography from the University of Nairobi, Kenya on December 4, 2006. I've professional training in specialized areas of facilitation skills, community development and health education. Prior to practicing freelancing reporting, I worked for 4 years for HOPE worldwide Kenya, a non governmental organization, as programs coordinator and communication coordinator. I intend to branch out full time in the field of reporting, because it is my passion. I hope to pursue further training on the same if and when funds become available. My interests include, current affairs and sports. I am passionate, hardworking, honest, adaptable, articulate and love challenges. I don't like to deal with folks whose word is not their bond!
