Speaking on the support and commitment of Shell, the head of Infrastructure and Logistics Oby Moore said the company was moved by the revealing statistics of annual road accident in Nigeria. In a document released by Federal Road Safety Commission, about 4,800 people die and more than 20,000 are injured annually through road accidents.

“Shell Development Corporation believes in safety at the work place, home and roads. The exhibition will help to reinforce the message that with more care on the part of all road users, the number of needless death and injuries that result from accident on our highway can be reduced,” said Moore.
