Gospel singer Christiana Love has topped the list of nominations for the 2009 Ghana Music Awards. Although the past year has been good for Ghanaian hip-hop, she was able to sail to the top because unlike the hip-hop artists, she was also nominated for Best Female Vocal Performance.
