    - It is the time for the developing countries ,governments ,NGO's ,political parties,trade unions, co-operatives , private sector to formulat a new stratigic policy and plans for their integration , because under the forseeing policies of WTO and the north part of the world towards the developing countries are forestrated . Still I do believe that cooperation bitween the two parts of the world could be adopted but not under the terms and conditions of the exsisting international policies been followed by the UN and other international institutions .
