    - The Sabc-Highway Africa new media awards winners received their prices yesteday evening at Rhodes University in South Africa. Eight Africans journalists was awards this year in eight categories. Organised by Highway Africa in collaboration with Mtn, Sabc and Osiwa, this awards is initiated to promote and encourage journalists to write stories on ICT and used ICT applications on their work.     The President Yayi Boni has formed a new government. It is composed of 30 ministries: 6 ministries more than the previous.     - The lagoon of Cotonou overflowed of its bed. Consequence: the Vossa district in the 9th district of Cotonou is flooded. The people are constrained to use dugout or small boat for moving. The last rains which fell down on the town of Cotonou made inflated the level of the lagoon of Cotonou. The districts in edge of this water level were invaded by water.
