Zambian Proposed New Constitution
- The National Constitution Conference has now opened in Lusaka and over the past few days the CONSTITUTION CONTRIBUTION FOR PUBLIC AWARENESS written by Sylvester Mwamba Chisembele, and posted here in two parts, has considerably increased in readership. Mr Mulford states in his preface that his research was financed from three sources: The Woodrow Wilson Foundation; the Ministry of Overseas Development in London; and the Ford Foundation in New York.
