Brazil struggle to beat 10-man Ghana, 1-0


  1. The Brazilian National football team struggled very hard to clinch a one goal victory over the Black stars of Ghana National Team.

    The match which is a FIFA international friendly saw the Black Stars playing and maintaining their posture against the Brazilians.

    Daniel Opare was sent off early at the 32 minutes on by referee Mike Dean thus showing him the red card ,but Ghana never really threatened by their opponent.

    At the second half, Ghana's Black stars were calm as they frighted their ways to equalized but though were close to doing so , the Brazilian defense got it right to defend.

    Brazil got uncountable corners close to 15 but was never able to convert them by their sole Rhonaldinho who has make a come back to the team.

    Ghana Goal Keeper Adam Kwarasey also proved clearly why he should be the next Ghana's number one goal keeper as ace Richard Kingston was benched.
    Kwarasey pull 99 percent of his saves.

    laying close to an hour with a man down, Ghana's backline remained resolute with Kwarasey pulling top saves to deny Ronaldinho from two dead-ball situations and parrying a close header from Pato over the top.

    The victory was the third by Brazil over Ghana in their last three meetings as the Black Stars, for the third time, yet again finished another game with 10 men against a Brazilian side.


    Ghana, who had some regulars missing through injury saw their best chance flapped when Samuel Inkoom failed to control a pass in the box and his cut-back, not finding target in the first half.
