Big Brother All Stars kicks-off

    Series five of the exciting and very colourful reality TV programme, BIG BROTHER, this time christened BIG BROTHER ALL STARS opened in the night of Sunday, July 18 on the MNET Channel in the Digital Satellite television, DSTV, bouquet.

    The action-packed and splendid welcome ceremony for the 14 housemates, from 14 African countries was hosted by Ike and Eku Edewor, while Sean Paul and some other South African percussionists thrilled fans and TV viewers with some trendy music.

    The All Stars housemates, who have taken part in previous Big Brother series include; Nwisho from Tanzania. He was a member of the first ever Big Brother Show hosted in South Africa. Jennifer, 23 from Mozambique, Paloma from Zambia, the Zimbabwean in the house is Munya, from Malawi is 34 – year old Code, Yacob from Ethiopia, the Kenyan is Sheila, another pioneer Big Brother housemate is Sammy B, 35, from Ghana, 26 year – old Kaone from Botswana, Meryl from Namibia, Uti the Nigerian, Lerato, 26, from South Africa, Hannington from Uganda and Tatiana the Angolan.

    These former housemates are coming in this special edition of BB5 to put in their all; savvy, intrigue, bad, good behaviours and more so as to be the last person in the house to beat the 90 day target prescribed by the production team of the show. That last person in the house is expected to go home with a mouthwatering sum of $200,000.
