In Spring 2009 MUPC Algeria Finals was launched. A three day event with the best youth football has to offer. The qualifications were held in two stadiums : Rouiba and Tipaza , in this two castles of the game , the football legendary tension and the Roman scenery of Tipaza offered the players a golden chance to shine like stars under the spotless shield of Victory.

All were the ingredients for a very mesmerizing game where the Awidad Erriadhi Rouiba (AER) lost against Chabab Erriadhi Djazairi(CED): 6 to 2.
