The Ducasse de Mons, nicknamed "Doudou" is a very popular folk event in Belgium. Based on an ancestral tradition, combining references to the Catholic religion and local folklore, it attracts tens of thousands of people every year.

For the last two years, the festival was cancelled due to Covid-19. Spectators are happy to reconnect with their traditions.
