Turtles in Kenya assaulted by plastics [The Morning Call]

In Kenya’s coastal town of Watamu, plastic litter accumulating in the Indian Ocean poses a threat to dozens of endangered creatures. This include turtles which confuse these items bobbing and fluttering about in the ocean currents, for jellyfish or other prey to their peril.
