Tension in Lome high, after bloody protests [The Morning Call]

The authorities in Togo say leaders of the Pan-African National Party, PNP, will face a judicial panel for organizing the last Saturday protests which resulted in two deaths and dozens of people wounded.

Togo’s security ministry accuses the organizers of destabilization and staging what they described as an “urban guerrilla” warfare.
