Rwanda at fault with extra judicial killings [The Morning Call]

The Human Rights Watch is accusing authorities in Rwanda of executing at least thirty seven people since April 2016 for committing petty crimes such as stealing bananas without any effort of prosecuting them.

In a report released last week on Thursday, a day before electoral campaigns kicked off in the country, the rights group called upon the Rwandan government to stop the killings as it only reinforces a climate of fear.
