DRC: Return of Tshisekedi's remains postponed again [The Morning Call]

Following his death more than three months ago, Etienne Tshisekedi’s remains still lie in Brussels. His body was expected to be repatriated on May 12 but for the second time, the return has been postponed yet again. Will the political maneuvering between President Kabila’s government and the late leader’s party, the Union for Democracy and Social Progress party come to an end?
