Ghana's "oversized" government [The Morning Call]

President Nana Akufo-Addo of Ghana has come under fire for appointing an “elephant size” government of 110 ministers. He has hit back at his opponents and said this was “a necessary investment” and that ‘it is not going to be a holiday’ for ministers.
