Digital citizenship in Africa [The Morning Call]

In our in-depth story today we are focusing on digital citizenship. A recent study from the CFI that featured 7 African countries indicates that access to social media in sub-Saharan Africa has made civil societies louder and more visible. Ordinary citizens are becoming freer to make themselves heard and there’s an emergence of key figures capable of influencing popular debate.
