Internet shutdown in Gambia [The Morning Call]

Internet connectivity in Gabon was shut down late Wednesday night on the eve of the elections and several social media users have pointed out that international phone calls are not going through. This has become the rule rather than the exception in some countries in Africa before and during elections.
