Soul Power Festival in the Republic of Congo [The Grand Angle]

The third edition of the Soul Power Festival is expected to be held in the coastal city of the Republic of Congo, Pointe Noire from the 16th to the 20th of November. Rumba icon Sam Mangwana is also expected to perform. Other performers include Jo Gai Ramaka from Senegal, Florent Mahoukou and Jade Bayonne from Congo.
