[Photos] Rwanda's Kagame travels with his African passport, guess where to?

President of Rwanda, Paul Kagame, travelled with his African Union passport for the first time on his trip to Chad for the inauguration of his counterpart Idris Deby Itno.

Kagame and Deby – the Chairperson of the AU were the first recipients of the passports during the just ended AU Heads of States summit held in Rwanda. They were presented with their copies by AU Commission chair Dr Dlamini Zuma.

The Rwanda presidency posted the two pictures of the passport, its front page and his first visa stamp after he arrived in Chad.

Deby was sworn in for his fifth term in office after winning a poll that the opposition claim was rigged. Several African leaders were present at the ceremony that took place in the capital Ndjamena. Deby came to power in 1990 and has been in power since then.
