The African passport [The Morning Call]

While the concept of unrestricted movement of persons, goods and services across the continent is not new, an African passport was first issued yesterday to president Paul Kagame of Rwanda and African union chairperson, president Idris Deby of Chad as the first step to implement it at the 27th summit of the African union.
