The photo has the condolence message of Israeli premier, Benjamin Netanyahu and his wife after they toured and laid a wreath during a visit to the Kigali memorial center as part of his one-day visit to the Rwanda.

About the Kigali Memorial Center

It was set up to commemorate the Rwandan Genocide

The remains of over 250,000 are interred there.

The Center is a permanent memorial to those who fell victim to the genocide

It also serves as a place in which the bereaved could bury their family and friends.

The Center is administered by the Aegis Trust and the Kigali City Council.

This memorial centre is one of six major centres in Rwanda that commemorate the Genocide.

The five others are the Murambi Memorial Centre, Bisesero Genocide Memorial Centre and Ntarama Genocide Memorial Centre and others at Nyamata and Nyarubuye.
