Zambia's democracy in trouble [The Morning Call]

As Zambia gears up for elections in August 11 there is a serious clamp down on opposition and reports of suppressing press freedom. The electoral commission have threatened to cancel the polls and opposition saying they armed. Is Zambia’s clean democratic record troubled?
