Tunisia: Former French Prime Minister pays tribute to Bardo victims

Former French Prime Minister Alain Juppé paid a visit to the Bardo Museum in Tunisia on Sunday afternoon where he laid a wreath of flowers in honour of the victims that lost their lives during a terrorist attack.

Twenty-one tourists and one policeman were killed in a terrorist attack on the Bardo Museum in March 2015.

The 2017 presidential aspirant also congratulated the Tunisian people for their achievements since the outbreak of the Revolution.

He also met bi-national Tunisians and other French residents.

He is in the country for two days and is expected to give a lecture at the Institute of High Commercial Studies of Carthage.
