Numbers at Taipei lantern festival down amid virus [No Comment]

Hundreds of people gathered in New Taipei City on Saturday to celebrate the annual sky lantern festival at the beginning of the Year of the Rat. Officials said the numbers of local festival goers were down this year, amidst fears over the spread of a deadly new virus across mainland China.
