The Morning Call
The Kenyan Electoral Commission (IEBC) has questioned the possibility of holding a credible presidential election on the 26th of October,
while the opposition called for demonstrations on the day of the election. The announcement from the IEBC has cast doubts on the possibility
that the October 26 rerun will hold after the cancellation of the August 8 presidential poll.
Earlier on Tuesday, an election commissioner, Roselyn Akombe, resigned and left Kenya, saying her staff was facing intimidation and threats.
