Former Hurricane Harvey, which became Tropical Storm Harvey, is now Tropical Depression Harvey after it was officially downgraded by the National Hurricane Center.

At least 37 deaths related to Hurricane Harvey and its aftermath have been reported in Texas.

Meanwhile, thousands of Muslims have fled the worst violence to grip northwest Myanmar in at least five years. At least 16 Rohingya Muslims, including children, have drowned while fleeing the violence.
