Ivorian international, Cheick Tiote, has died of cardiac arrest whiles training with his Chinese club side, Beijing Enterprises. Reports indicate that he died of cardiac arrest.
The 30-year-old made a total of 52 appearances for the Elephants of Ivory Coast and was involved the African Cup of Nations winning side of 2015.
The news which started on social media was confirmed by former Senegalese international Demba Ba on his Twitter handle.

Tiote who started his club career with Anderlecht in the Belgian top division went on to play for FC Twente in the Dutch league.
He played seven seasons with Newcastle United in the English top flight before joining the Chinese side this year.
