As the World Economic Forum on Africa comes to a close today, Zimbabwe’s president Robert Mugabe has insisted that Zimbabwe is the second-most highly developed country in Africa. He argued his point by saying, Zimbabwe has over 14 universities and the literacy rate is over 90 percent, which is the highest in Africa.
