SA parliament postpones no-confidence motion in Zuma pending court case

South Africa’s parliament said on Wednesday a motion of no-confidence in President Jacob Zuma has been postponed until a court decides whether the vote should be taken by secret ballot.

Opposition parties have said that a no-confidence vote could have a chance of success if it is held by secret ballot, but the ruling African National Congress party, which has a majority in parliament, has said it will vote against it.
