The Morning Call
After successes in Kenya and South Africa, the Red Cross Society in Cote d’Ivoire has launched its mobile application on Monday to digitize its services and reach as many people as possible.
Twitter is also testing an anti-harassment feature that flags some accounts as sensitive.
Soon you will find a warning when you go to the profile page of a flagged person requiring users to click or tap a prompt to agree to view the profile.
