Youth talent identification and development in sport [The Grand Angle]

Talent Identification and development has become a key focus for national federations, regional teams and clubs all over the globe in many different sports. Being able to identify which young athletes may have the potential to be the next big names in sports is no easy task but the task of helping them achieve their potential may be even harder.

Today in the Grand Angle we spoke to a sports expert Tom Bwana, working with top betting firm SportPesa who’ve been keen on rolling out programmes to develop youth football talent, and who are also the official sponsors of English Premier League side Hull City.
