The Morning Call
Authorities in Gabon have finally reacted to the European Union conclusions concerning doubt over the country’s election outcome. They have said they are surprised by the “hard work” of the EU observers of the alleged discrepancies they found in the recent elections.
The report released on Monday points out to anomalies which occured during the vote count, notably in Bongo’s stronghold of Haut-Ogooue.
