As climate experts and government leaders meet in Marrakech this week for the COP 22, the biggest worry for the summit is the US elections that has republican candidate Donald Trump who avowed he would rip apart the Paris agreement if elected.
Away from the politics, experts have argued that the Paris agreement is weak and ineffective because of its rules of implementation.
