Sierra Leone fish export
The government of Sierra Leone partially lifted a ban on fish exports, just 19 days after it was imposed. The ban was to curtail fish smuggling as the country has been battling illegal fishing mostly from foreign vessels from Europe and Asia. But did the 19 day ban make any difference at all?
