Cameroon skipper Stephane Mbia has joined Chinese club Hebei China Fortune F.C. on a three-year deal.
Initial fees have not been disclosed but persons familiar with the arrangement say he stands making some 25 million euros.
He joins a growing exodus of African footballers already plying their trade in the Asian country.
The 29-year-old’s move to China comes after terminating his contract with Turkish side Trabzonspor.
In the past, Mbia had stints with Olympique Marseille, Queens Park Rangers and Sevilla.
