The training video of Nigerian born Norwegian sprinter, Ezinne Okparaebo, has gone viral online.
The video was produced in South Africa and shows her skipping so many steps in a gym while carrying weighted barbell on her shoulders.

After posting it on her Instagram account, reactions have been coming in from her fans who feel surprised about her serious training regime.
Okparaebo is a sprinter in the 60 to 200 metres range and feels pleased that people are inspired by her videos.
“I think it’s really cool that people can be inspired through my videos and also have an insight of how I train,” she said.
“I believe hard work is the key to success, not just in sport but in life in general,” she added.
She represented Norway during the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing and was present in London for the 2012 edition.
She holds the Norwegian record for the 100 metres sprint with a time of 11.10 seconds achieved during the London 2012 semi-finals.
Aged 27, Okparaebo was born in Nigeria and moved to Norway at the age of nine.
She founded the Ezinne Athletics project which empowers and educates girls from minority backgrounds.
